Recruitment Journey

Even if sometimes the recruiting steps may have a different order depending on the role, you can expect to be involved in the following:
1. Online application
We recruit current undergraduate and graduate students for internship and full-time opportunities in different roles including, but not limited to, research, human resources, IT, marketing, finance and facilities management.
2. HR Interview with the designed recruiter:
If the hiring team decides your profile is suitable for the role you applied for, the HR team will contact you and set up a call to discuss your motivation, expectations, the next steps in the recruitment process and administrative aspects like salary expectations or availability to start on the new role.
3. One or multiple rounds of interviews with the hiring manager and key members of the team:
If the HR interview was successful, you can expect to be contacted for setting up a call with the hiring team also. This discussion will be more focused on your experience and the role responsibilities so that you will have all the information you need regarding the position you applied for.
4. An assignment to complete at home or during the interview:
There are some designated roles that require completing an assignment. They are mainly given in the IT and research areas, but sometimes they are given for roles in other fields too. You will know from the beginning if an assignment will be given to you in the recruitment process as the steps will be presented in the HR interview.
 5. A job offer made by the recruiter to the most suitable candidate:
After all the recruitment steps are completed, one candidate will be selected for the position. If you are not the finalist, you can expect to receive a feedback email. If you are selected, you will receive a call from our HR team to share the good news with you and a written offer of employment.
